Is my data backed up to the cloud?

All data is stored locally on your device for your privacy. We recommend exporting your data regularly via Profile → Export My Data, which saves a JSON file you can store anywhere.

How do I export my data?

Go to Profile → Account → Export My Data. The app will generate a file with all your jobs, clients, and profile info and open the share sheet so you can save it to Files, email it, or back it up to iCloud.

How does the AI work?

TradeForge uses Claude AI by Anthropic. Your queries are sent through our secure proxy to Anthropic's API and are not stored after processing. AI results are for field guidance only — always verify work to local codes and regulations.

What trades does TradeForge support?

Electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, mechanics, and general contractors. AI responses and quick chips are tailored to your selected trade.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → TradeForge to manage or cancel.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email us at tradeforge.support@gmail.com with a description of the issue, your iPhone model, and iOS version. Screenshots are always helpful.

How do I reset the app?

Go to Profile → Reset App & Data. This will clear all your data and restart onboarding. This action cannot be undone, so export your data first if you want to keep it.
